How we sell AI

How we price and take AI to market.

Our pricing and go-to-market approach for AI work with clients.

What we sell

People, assets, or both.

Every AI engagement is some mix of the two: consultants delivering the work, and codified assets — accelerators or products — that carry some of the value themselves.

1

People

Priced and sold through our existing commercial models, AI-augmented but delivered by consultants.

2

People & assets

People and a digital worker, accelerator, or product priced separately or bundled into one fee.

3

Assets

Products or digital workers sold in their own right, through licensing or usage-based models.

How we price it

The commercial model follows what's being sold.

Time-and-materials still covers most of our business, but the ambition is a deliberate shift toward pricing that reflects the value an asset creates, not just the hours behind it.

Whose IP it is matters for how it's priced.

Foreground IP — built and paid for by a client — belongs to them. Background IP — the reusable, non-client-specific asset we industrialize from that work — belongs to us, and is what makes a recurring licence possible. Ownership follows how an asset was funded and built; see how these move through review on the asset lifecycle page.
